Property Liaison Executive

Department: PLC – DUTY FREE DEALER SALES CHANNEL

Reporting To: General Manager – Wholesale & Dealer Channel

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively to identified towns to locate potential properties for lifestyle brand showroom expansion.
  • Evaluate and recommend feasible locations based on predefined criteria, such as foot traffic, accessibility, and market potential.
  • Liaise with landlords, property agents, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure properties.
  • Coordinate with sales heads and internal departments to ensure alignment on location suitability and approval processes.
  • Prepare and present regular updates and feasibility reports to the management.
  • Facilitate the preparation and signing of lease agreements.
  • Conduct basic market research on identified towns to assess potential customer demographics and competition in the area.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process until lease agreements are signed and properties are handed over for setup.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Real Estate / or Business Management.
  • Proven experience in property scouting, real estate, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with lease agreements and negotiations is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
  • Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
