Department: PLC – DUTY FREE DEALER SALES CHANNEL
Reporting To: General Manager – Wholesale & Dealer Channel
Key Responsibilities
- Travel extensively to identified towns to locate potential properties for lifestyle brand showroom expansion.
- Evaluate and recommend feasible locations based on predefined criteria, such as foot traffic, accessibility, and market potential.
- Liaise with landlords, property agents, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure properties.
- Coordinate with sales heads and internal departments to ensure alignment on location suitability and approval processes.
- Prepare and present regular updates and feasibility reports to the management.
- Facilitate the preparation and signing of lease agreements.
- Conduct basic market research on identified towns to assess potential customer demographics and competition in the area.
- Oversee the end-to-end process until lease agreements are signed and properties are handed over for setup.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Real Estate / or Business Management.
- Proven experience in property scouting, real estate, or a related role.
- Familiarity with lease agreements and negotiations is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
