You can enjoy your birthday discount once during your birthday month. The value differs from tier to tier. Please check tier benefits to find out the value.
Loyalty tier upgrades will happen based on the total number of “points earned” during a calendar year and the customer will be added to the relevant tier in the next calendar year.
You will only be downgraded from the existing Loyalty Tier after the expiration of points until Three Years. After the completion of three years if you have not purchased any items from Abans, you will be downgraded to a lower tier.

Points Mechanism
Earn Loyalty Points:
MyAbans is a point-based reward program where 1 Loyalty Point equals 1 Rupee (1 Loyalty Point = Rs. 1/=).
My Abans Loyalty customers can earn 1 point for every Rs. 100/- they spend at any Abans outlet or Online
Points are automatically added to the customer account with every purchase made from Abans Retail, Elite, Abans Apple, Under Armour, Skechers, Hugo Boss, Titan, Miniso outlets, and buyabans.com.
MyAbans Loyalty Customers can earn points through various payment modes, including Cash, Credit Card, and Hire purchase sales.
Redemption Process:
If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the redeemable points, the customer is required to settle the remaining balance using a valid payment method.
To redeem points, registered customers must share their registered mobile number at cashier counters or online, followed by an OTP verification process.
Customers can also check and redeem their Loyalty Points via the MyAbans App.
Points once redeemed against a purchase cannot be re-credited under any circumstances.
Points earned in the MyAbans Loyalty program can only be redeemed in the country of issuance.
Loyalty Tiers
Individual Customers will be categorized across 03 tiers as follows based on their Earned Points within a calendar year (January – December).
Purple- 1,000 – 2,499 Points
Gold- 2,500 – 4,999 Points
Platinum- 5,000 Points Above
MyAbans loyalty customers will not be downgraded from their existing Loyalty Tier after the expiration of the points for Three Years (03). However, if no purchases are made from Abans within a three-year period, the customer’s membership tier will be automatically downgraded.

Current MyAbans Loyalty Customers will be assigned to their respective tiers based on the total points they have accumulated to date.
Customer Registration
Eligibility to Enroll: Customers shopping at any Abans Retail, Abans Elite, Apple, Under Armour, Skechers, Hugo Boss, Titan, Times Square and Miniso showroom island-wide, or using the MyAbans App are eligible to enroll/register in the MyAbans Customer Loyalty Program using their mobile number.
Enrollment at Showrooms: If a customer wishes to enroll in the Loyalty Program at a showroom:
Authorized personnel will verify the customer’s status as an existing Abans customer.
The customer will receive an SMS to their registered mobile number with a link to access the Terms & Conditions.
Enrollment via MyAbans App:
If a customer chooses to enroll through the MyAbans App:
The app will automatically approve the customer’s request and display relevant details within the app.
Membership Card Information:
The MyAbans Loyalty Program does not issue physical Loyalty Membership Cards.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding the security of the mobile number used to register their loyalty account.
Mobile Number Update:
Any changes to the registered Mobile Number should be communicated to Abans in writing or via email with a copy of the customer’s NIC attached as a valid proof.
Consent for Personal Information:
By becoming a member of the “MyAbans Loyalty Program,” the customer provides consent to Abans PLC for the retention of their personal information.
Points Expiry
Loyalty points earned will expire three years from the transaction date or upon the decision of Abans taken at its discretion.
Re-activation of expired Loyalty Points will not be considered and will not be accommodated.
Loyalty Points for Hire Purchase Sales
MyAbans Loyalty Customers are rewarded with points amounting to 1% of each monthly installment paid on the Hire Purchase Schemes. Points would be awarded only for one-time payments.
Loyalty Points should not be calculated for arrears accounts.
Loyalty points will be deducted in full if the customer is in arrears or considered as a default customer.
Loyalty points will not be applicable for Showroom Manager Issued Collections.
Loyalty points should not be calculated for Diriya & Service Charges.
Monthly payments for any add-to-bill schemes, doctor’s appointments, bus/movie ticket purchases, easy payment device schemes and total taxes charged to a customer’s bill are not eligible to earn Loyalty points.
Customer Verification
MyAbans loyalty points are redeemable at any Abans showroom island wide. To ensure security, each customer will undergo verification during redemption through an SMS OTP mechanism. A One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer, to verify their identity at the payment point.
Offers & Benefits
MyAbans loyalty customers are eligible for special offers or discounts on consumer durables / fashion brands and other product categories and services that will be added to our online sites and physical showrooms from time to time.

Customers will not be able to combine Birthday Discount & Flat Discount in the same transaction.
Customers will not be able to redeem their remaining “Loyalty Points” & “Discounts” in the same transaction.
Goods Returns & Transaction Reversals
In the event of a return of a purchased good by a member, all points earned on the original transaction for the returned good will be reversed from the member’s account, including any bonus points earned on promotional items.
Transaction reversals for Items purchased on Hire Purchase schemes will also have the awarded loyalty points reversed and will be treated as final.
Redeemed Loyalty Points will be proportionately added back to the customer account based on the value of items purchased.
Once a Hire Purchase revert happens, a customer’s loyalty points will be made “null” and removed from the loyalty scheme.
Checking Loyalty Details (For Customers)
Customers will be able to check their Loyalty Tier and Earned, Redeemed, Available and Expired points using their registered Mobile Number/NIC Number.
General Terms & Conditions
Customers shopping at any Abans PLC Retail/Elite, Abans Apple, Under Armour, Skechers, Hugo Boss, Titan, or Miniso outlet island-wide or downloading the MyAbans App are eligible to register with the MyAbans Customer Loyalty Program.
Upon enrolling in the MyAbans program, customers implicitly agree to adhere to the program rules and terms & conditions, acknowledging that these terms could be subject to periodic amendments without prior notice.
Monthly payments for specific schemes and services, including add-to-bill schemes, bill payments, doctor’s appointments, bus/movie ticket purchases, easy payment device schemes, and total taxes charged, are not eligible to earn tier points.
Certain products at Abans PLC outlets and BuyAbans.com may not be eligible for loyalty discounts. Abans reserves the right to revoke discounts on products without prior notice.
MyAbans Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash and no amount can be returned in cash for purchases made through “MyAbans Loyalty” points.
MyAbans Loyalty points balance cannot be exchanged/merged with the points balance of any other member at any point of time.
Rewards and offers earned through the program may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
MyAbans Loyalty Customers are eligible for special offers on consumer durables, fashion brands, and other product categories and services available in both online and offline stores.
Abans reserves the right to modify the program structure, including the number of points earned, the value of these points, Tier benefits & Rewards, without prior notice.
Abans will not be liable for any unlawful activities or misuse of the MyAbans Loyalty Program memberships or accounts.
As a member of the MyAbans Loyalty Program, customers will grant their approval to Abans to retain their information and use it as a means of offering products and services.
Abans reserves the right to contact members to verify membership information and account statements, even if members have opted out of receiving communications.
This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
