Customer Support Executive IT

   Job Role:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT equipment (Specially – Notebooks\Tabs\ PCs).
  • Good Knowledge \ understanding on IT products \ Technologies (Hardware\ Software and Network).
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Dynamic individual with ‘Can Do’ attitude and a Good Team Player.
  • Should be able to visit in the field to support customers.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate \ Diploma in Computer Hardware or Equivalent.
  • Relevant Industrial Qualifications.
  • Dynamic Team Player with Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Having a valid motorbike license / Motorbike will be an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years industry experience.
