Job responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers and journals.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Conducting financial analysis, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state and government tax regulations and assisting with tax preparation.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Management.
  • Responsible for treasury activities of the company including review and negotiation financing documents and load administration.
Job Requirements:
  • Full qualification from CIMA/CA/ACCA is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with sound knowledge of LKAS/SLFRS and taxation.
  • Previous exposure to SAP Accounting and Finance modules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 1 year hands-on experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
